How much is shipping?

Domestic and international standard shipping is FREE at Coalshaft.

Do I need to pay customs duties?

If your postal address is in the US or EU, you will not get charged customs duties because we have warehouses in each region and ship from the appropriate location. For other destinations, most orders never incur customs duties.  However, this may change depending on the value of your purchase and your country’s policy towards overseas internet shopping.  Please check your country’s customs website for details.

What is your returns policy?

At Coalshaft, we will gladly replace any defective product providing you have shown a standard level of care towards it. You will need to request a return authority number by emailing: care@coalshaft.com

In your email, please include:

  • A photo of the defective product
  • Proof of purchase (order number and date of purchase)
  • Description of the defect
  • Contact details
